I have been a loyal customer of Sultan's for about 6 years and always enjoyed their food. However, since they have recently relocated and possibly changed ownership, my last few visits have been disappointing. The new staff seem dismissive and the quality of the food has declined. The lamb shish was flavorless, the chicken in the Pide was overcooked to the point of being mushy, and the chicken in the shish roll was burnt to a crisp. It was obvious that the cook and nearby tables could see the burnt chicken, yet it was still served. Been going here for around 6 years and have always loved it. Sultan's has recently moved premises and presumableychanged hands. Last couple of tries have been disappointing. Staff have definitely changed and are dismissive. Last order the lamb shish was bland at best and the chicken in the Pide was cooked to mush - not quite sure how to manage that. Worst offence was burned chicken in the shish roll and they really did burn that chicken, I mean carbonised. Would have been obvious to the cook and the three nearest tables - but they put in in anyway...consistent with staff attitudes in our more recent experience. Really disappointing. We're looking elsewhere now.
this visited a quick lunch while we upgraded our kitchen. really very happy that we did it, we have been back since. my wife had zucchini balls and the size, for a escape, was huge (one came home, packed in a serviette in her handbag,) and I had a huh kebab. both were beautiful and freshly prepared. the service was very friendly at both visits. it is always a good sign that people with similar ethnicity are patrons of an 'ethnic' ess house and there was a good rehearsal of Turkish or similar mosses there also eating. the only complaint after the second visit was that the kebab was a little big! will return.
Absolutely awful since ownership changed. A $9 salad weighed less than 100g. Sold out of bread before 7pm, but didn't tell us until we had already been charged for dips. We spent almost $50 to get less than 2 people's worth of food, and didn't...even get the bread we came for. Waited nearly 30 minutes sitting in a hot Smokey room. Literally never going back, coles does better turkish, not to mention for a third of the price. An absolute scam.

here for dinner with my family and ordered 3 different meals. 2 was delivered, but one was missing. When I approached them, a guy didn't even know about it and had to do it for me. I asked to take it away because it was an hour from the order to take it home. came home and had a look at the chicken spears and it was still rare in the inner. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I have visited this restaurant several times and have tried their kebab roll. The meat is cooked perfectly, the salad is fresh and crisp, and the sauces are of good quality. The restaurant is clean and hygienic.

I asked for no onions due to a medical condition. Instead I got extra onions which I didn't notice until I got home. Very poor ventilation, more smoke in the restaurant than being extracted.

I love Turkish cuisine, so I always enjoy the food from this restaurant. The Hommus and Beetroot Dips with Bread are my favorite. I will definitely continue getting takeout from here.
sultan is a resonable location for the autobahn with options to immerse. my favorite is the mixed barbecue banquet package for 2.
