Sumisu Asian Fusion Sushi

Sumisu is a good place for sushi in Pocatello. I found the roles both American and traditional style, depending on the role. The restaurant is located in downtown, “before the railways”. Parking is located on the western side of the restaurant. When the place is busy and full, the parking lot goes fast. Sumisu is only open for lunch and dinner, with a break between 2:00-5:00. The interior has a beautiful atmosphere and well furnished. I found the stand where we sit to be strange as the table is very wide and the seat is short. We didn't waste time and skipped appetizers. 12/10 recommend! They were the only place willing to accommodate for me with dietary restrictions. I really wanted sushi but can’t have rice or fried stuff so they were able to make me this amazing bowl where I can make my own little wraps and it’s absolutely amazing and delicious. I will definitely be going back for my next craving!! Thank y’all so much!

Dinner was amazing!! I have been there many times in the past but this time it was exceptional! My former coworkers took me out to dinner -see photos- and the service was great! Angie, our waitress is always on it and knew my order while I was walking in the door! Thank you Angie!! You rock!!

My partner and I came through recently on a road trip and stopped for food. It was a wonderful experience. The waitress was delightful and friendly. Their seafood bisque is absolutely amazing.
