Sumiya Japanese Charcoal Grill

Short version is the food was great and definitely recommend! Long version: We ordered and paid on our phone and the food came out super quick. We had salmon tataki, udon, beef intestines and a bento box. It was more than enough for 2 people. Everything was great. The only thing I wouldn't recommend was beef intestines. I generally enjoy intestines not that I don't like them. The intestines here tasted good but were too chewy and chunky.

Great place for grilled dishes. Staff are so friendly and attentive despite a busy Tuesday night. I never once had to ask them to refill my tea, so I do appreciate this kind of customer service. The bento tray has nice selection and very reasonable prices as well. The white tuna we had was so fresh and delicious.

High quality food and reasonable price. No lunch specials here but lunch is priced very reasonably and variety of choices. I had oyako don set and my wife had had tonkatsu don set. Meal comes w appetizer and salad of your choice. Would come back to try other lunch menu.

Amazing, simply amazing. The food was awesome, perhaps the best izakaya-style yakitori that I have ever had. And the staff were wonderful and helpful. Can't wait to come back!!!

Foods was very good taste like real Japanese style! Waitress was very friendly! They're all speaking Japanese so makes me think I'm in Japan! I want go back again!
