I only eat hibachi, not a sushi person, so I can only confirm the hibachi is very good. The cooks are entertaining if you decide to eat in. My last visit was a walk-in carryout order. I sat at the bar while I waited. It was just as delicious as dining in,and the quantity is equivalent...which is certainly enough for leftovers if you choose. If you're in the mood for Japanesewhile in the area, I would certainly suggest it. It's the only one in the area that I'm aware of, and it is as good as anyhibachi style restaurant I've been to.
The staff were friendly and the reservation was easy to make. I also have a soy allergy and it was perfectly accommodated when I told them about it. I will say there's a disparity in the wait time between the hibachi meals and sushi meals but it didn't bother me too much. Very good restaurant, I've been going there for years and have never had a bad meal there. I highly recommend it, especially the sushi its amazing. I also love the fact that they are reservation only it prevents a long wait time.
Good sushi and good hibachi. Great variety of sushi rolls. Coral reef roll is excellent. Baked lobster is ok - chunks of celery a little large for my liking
