Absolutely horrible customer service!!!Bout 2 salads today at 1:55 pmFound long hair inside of the one salad, staff don't even say sorry and didn't ask if I want my money back!After the hair inside I don't want a remake... I don't want to eat anymore I wish the staff be more polite and do something with this, special then you pay $21 for 2 salads with 2 pieces of chicken inside!Never coming back
I ordered a spinach, brie and chicken panini to toast at home, to my disappointment there was a very tiny amount of chicken, a sliver of Brie cheese and a normal amount of spinach and tomato the (cheapest ingredients I normally get a panini from Jester's near Sumo, Jester's put a decent amount of ingredients and have larger better bread. Cannot recommend Sumo for a panini roll.
If you are looking for serious as healthy good food this is the place. The owner operating the shop more than 15 years. I have never come across any organised Sumo Salad in Perth like Innaloo. the standard of service is always been exceptional. The food quality that you will never experience anywhere else.

I baked a sandwich. a spoon of chicken, 2 microscopic slices of brie, 3 slices of tomato and a few spinach leaves. in the round one bought an expensive brotrolle. will not be back.
