Unfortunately I have to agree that this black owned business isn't one to be proud of. I tried to support them, actually been there twice but the attitudes of the young people are disappointing. There aren't any thank yous, or how can I help you? Not even friendly smiles. Just angry stares...why are you so mad at that age? Just because you service a certain area doesn't mean that customer service isn't appreciated. They over charged me for 2 snowballs and a scoop of ice cream...I didn't even bother saying anything. There are other snowball and chicken eateries in the area.
I love their snowballs and food but due to the horrible customer service it took away from all of that. They have the nastiest attitudes. It creates a very Ghetto and uncomfortable environment for the customer. They don?t greet you with a hi may I help you, they don?t even tell you to have a good day, and please don?t ask for something to be corrected because they will look at you weirdly and not really want to help you. I tried to support this business by going numerous amounts of times but due to their conduct with people I will not be returning. 1 star for me ?? .
I've been visiting this place for nine years, and their snowballs and funnel cakes have never disappointed! I really appreciate seeing young people working hard to earn their summer money. It's always lovely to receive a smile, but it's important to remember that the workers are people, too. We can all strive to be a bit more kind and friendly to one another. A big shoutout to the owners and staff for the amazing job they do!
just got a three piece for $950 this fish was the smallest I ever got really pathetic it was just broken and a little fish really down quality you guys have to keep your game if you want to hit Dunkin Donuts and my business again. Just left I didn't think I would like to bread corn flour I prefer flour on my fish, but oh my goodness was perfect the fish like butter was very good first time not very recommend this place! I visited a funnel cake stand after hearing good things about it, but unfortunately, I found it quite disappointing. It was actually quite disgusting—my two dogs even turned away from it! I thought they would enjoy the funnel cake, but it turned out to be more dry than anything else. I really don't understand the hype around this place. I won't be returning; I’ll stick to getting my funnel cake back in DC.
I can confidently say that the 2022 Homecoming Game at Woodlawn High School offered some of the best funnel cakes, fries, soda, and hot dogs in the area, all thanks to Mr. Reggie and Sumthin Kool. They stepped in at the last minute when our original concession seller canceled, and we're so grateful for their delicious offerings!
Dirty and Ghetto. Went there today to get a snowball and a funnel cake. Who messes up a funnel cake?!!!! They do. It was all spongy with crisp for $8 bucks naw and they caught an attitude when I requested a refund. The large snowball is served in a 8oz cup? Never again!!

Firstly, the snowball ICE is literally shaved like snow and I LOVE IT! The customer service is great. The food is good, their breakfast is Great. I would like to encourage everyone to SUPPORT this Black Owned Business.
