Shocking customer service. I went here with my sister yesterday as she had vouchers for there. After we walked through the door, we waited because we are unaware of whether to just take a seat or someone will show us to a seat. So we...asked a lady who was stood by the counter and she sharply said take a menu and sit down . We found a seat and took a look at the Broad menu.. I choose the brownie boom crepe but I wanted strawberries instead of bananas and my sister went for the velvet milk chocolate crepe. we turned around for a few desserts. the menu is huge, they order inside and the food delivered to them. we sat outside so warm enough to do that. we had a marshmallow cloud waffel, hot, charging it, big dessert,...and a ferrero rocher ice sunflower, large chocolate ice cream not much taste, charge ice and saw, although, plus all the important ferrero rocher. many cigarette ends at the door, maybe someone should keep up on cleaning, but eating was good enough to come back to enjoy.
The pancake and waffle was clearly very good .The big problem is clearly the women who was at the till . She need to put a smile on her face and have more customers training because she look like she doesn't want to do the...job . If you are looking for a warm welcome, please go somewhere else. If your only interest is the food ,i would recommend you this place .
My fiance and I visited the ice cream bar on our first visit to Bedford. We Would definitely return. Such a large menu with such a variety of tastes on offer. I had a trio of gelato (bubblegum, white chocolate, forero rocher) and my fiance...had the forero rocher sundae. Very nice!

We’ve been twice recently fantastic friendly service, super fresh ingredients, really good fluffy waffles .... clean restaurant and bathroom facilities. Really really recommend that you visit. I’ve heard the coffee is good as well!!
my friend and I had a delicious snack and a cocktail here. absolutely pampered for the choice to choose as a large selection book. would definitely recommend. the next time in the opposite will definitely be back.
Popped in for a coffee and ended up ordering a waffle. Service was good and the waffle was good. Will definitely be back in the New Year.
