The waitress was really pretty great, making sure to take care of us well. However, the food was not great. It wasn't the worst, but for the price there are plenty of better options (and probably even for less). It was clean and comfortable, but the food was mediocre at best. Maybe it was just the time of day (weekday around 5:30pm) or we should have ordered breakfast, which reviews seem more positive toward? Instead we ordered dinner. Very few highlights and plenty of negatives. Onion soup came with no cheese on it and when I asked they said it would be an upcharge. So, I ate it without cheese and was glad I didn't pay for the upcharge because it was very bland. Fries were kinda soggy too....
The only reason I give 2 is because the food is decent. We have been going there for the last 5 years and this time was a newer waitress, who had no personality. And my wife accidentally cussed because they gave us only two crackers with our soup. She didn't cuss at the waitress though. So the owner came up and instructed us that we shouldn't be cussing at his waitresses. We told him we weren't talking to the waitress and he said he's had a problem with us before. (Because I had wanted a tortilla with my chorizo so they charged me for the tortilla. So we said fine,give us our toast as well then since it's included with the breakfast)...Well, they are getting more rude and giving you less for...
my husband myself and my three children just dined in to there. Were treated like we were spoken to poorly from the waitress were disregarded by the front desk lady our food could’ve potentially killed my husband. and my order was wrong and when I called to complain about it, I spoke with a manager. She proceeded to tell me that I was lying that she spoke to the Cook. The cooks said that he made the food properly when he didn’t and then the manager proceeded to hang up on me
Ordered two eggs scrambled light. I would visit again for the scrambled light egg. Hash brown was crispy on the outside and tender potato on the inside. Bacon fried crisp without burn. Pancakes were soft dense texture but not fluffy. My dad and mom had concerns about a weird taste in the coffee today versus other times they have dined here. The waitress checked in on our table. The bathroom is old but CLEAN. So that was nice. Tess my waitress was very accommodating. The food was aight. The lettuce salad was definitely a day or more old. The first 4 pancakes were old.... But the last two were fresh and very good. They have an all you can eat pancake breakfast.
My husband and I visited this restaurant recently and we enjoyed everything we ordered. My husband especially liked the salmon. Will definitely go again. The staff was friendly, and the service was very professional.
Always a great atmosphere our waitress on the other hand was very very rude. And the food wasn't that great. This place used to have amazing food and staff. So sad to see it go down hill just a little bit.
