I had a very disappointing dining experience. Upon entering during a busy period, I requested a seat that was taken up by a small box of bread. Instead of accommodating my request, a rude staff member directed me to the busy front area, where it was crowded and uncomfortable. Customers should be treated with more consideration and allowed to choose where they wish to sit, rather than being placed where the staff wants them to be. This is a fundamental aspect of good customer service. I won’t be returning to this location and will try a nearby restaurant instead.
the same thing that some have talked about this place... Bad service, they talk to you like you’re an inconvenience. I asked for a Greek salad with my pizza and they never made it. Had to remind them, which they didn’t really appreciate. At least the food was ok. I had dinner at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food was delicious, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was excellent as well, I would also rate it a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was nice, I would give it a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their pizza, it was one of the best dishes on the menu.

Awesome pizza! The crust tastes perfectly balanced, and the toppings seem fresh. This is my go-to place for flavorful New-York style pizza, and I've never had a bad experience so far
One of the best Brooklyn Sicilian slices in the area. Actually better than Sal's. Great sauce, crust is light, airy with crisp and chew. Very friendly service and reasonable for Rye.
If you are in the mood for great ITALIAN food in Rye, don't pass. Park your car and enjoy a great meal in Sunrise.
