Just try new kitchen that I never tried, it comes from Burma/Myanmar. mohinga, it is fish nudel soup with crispy lenses and thick suppe. even they called it fish soup, but I did not find “fish” in this court. the overall taste was good, it is very creamy and hearty. best with chili flock a **** of fish sauce nan gyi thoke salat, also the name is salat, but actually it was like chicken noodle for me. what makes the difference that they use thick reisnudel with curry chicken topping, henstock pfeffer soup, eggs and tapioca chips. lahpet thoke, never crossed in my mind that tee leaves can be used for salat. it has already been maintained so that the overall taste a bit...read more
There are not many Burmese Restaurant around. Sun’s Burmese is definitely one you should try. I had two main dishes and one dessert. Mohinga is one of the dish I tried. It’s traditional Burmese fish soup with rice noodles. Very unique. Next dish was the Fried Rice. Delicious! I’ll come back for this. For dessert I had the Ice Salad. Very similar to other Asian shaved ice dessert. Pretty good and refreshing without going overly sweet. They are closed after lunch and open again for dinner so you need to check out their daily trading hours. The food is budget friendly too.
amazing authentic burning eating at a reasonable price! eating is very close to home and the staff are all so friendly. the portions are not too large, but there is really the chance to try a little of everything. really happy that I found this place because there are not many burmese restaurants around which offer these authentic aromen.
great food and great prices. I've been looking for a real burial place for a long time and I was very pleased that I tried this place. I would recommend lapathoe salat, chicken curry, chicken roast rice and mixed entree. try it next time.
