Super Rico Fredericksburg

Every time I leave the gym, I've been tempted by the aroma of charcoal chicken. The ‘weekend only’ ceviche was absolutely divine—so fresh! The corn was amazing, a delightful twist on plain sweet corn. I’m planning to try the yucca fries and plantains on my next visit. Everything here looks and smells fantastic. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with smiling families and couples enjoying themselves. I even saw a guy dancing as he made his way to the condiment station! The music was great too! It felt like I was a million miles away from home. I loved every moment.

I had heard many great things about this place, but I never tried it until today. I've been a fan of Peruvian cuisine for a while, especially places like El Pollo Rico in Arlington. However, this restaurant completely impressed me. The flavors and seasonings were outstanding, and the chicken was hot and juicy. Even the sauces tasted incredibly authentic. Unlike some other places where the sauces are thick like mayonnaise, these were well-seasoned and delicious. I definitely give this place a thumbs up!

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. After enjoying my first experience with Peruvian cuisine, I decided to try this restaurant. I ordered a quarter chicken, yucca fries, and an onion-tomato salad. Unfortunately, the chicken was the only thing I found acceptable. The yucca fries were terrible—dry and crumbly. As for the salad, it was predominantly onions, more like an onion salad than anything else. I didn't care for how the onions were sliced, either. I won’t be coming back.

My mom ordered the lomo saltado, and it was quite disappointing. The dish was soggy, and the meat didn’t resemble the typical lomo saltado at all. It was more like the kind of beef you’d find in a Chinese restaurant, similar to beef and broccoli. I tasted some of her meal and didn't enjoy it. She mentioned that the flavor was lacking as well. I ordered the 1/4 chicken and was surprised at how small the portion was. I don't think we'll be returning to this restaurant again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Seems like this store has new management and portions are much smaller, prices have increased, they automatically add 15% tip to your total. If you are not paying attention, they will automatically charge 15% tip when there is no waiter service. You stand in line and get your food and sit down and nobody comes to your table to serve you. Been coming here for years. Not planning to return. Shame.

i love these chicken joints. i love the flavors, very unique and beats the pants off of fried chicken. got the meal, would prob pass on the mac salad next time; rice, plantains and yucca were my favorites. Again the chicken is amazing, Perfect Pollo is my current favorite.

super rico is the way for fresh chicken, tasty rice, sweet, pasta, plantain and sweet. Do not forget her sauces bc her compliment the huh very good. we have the 1/2-huh for 2 people. we usually take it. no need to order in advance! so good! fuego approved

20/10. Amazing food. Amazing prices. Amazing options. We love it here! For reference, we got the 1/2 chicken and we had enough leftovers for another meal! $12.50 for the 1/2 chicken and it comes with two sides, just amazing. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Super delicious! I got the chicken burrito and my husband got the 1/4 chicken with fried rice and salad with how dressing. The flavors were amazing and we will definitely be back again!

So good , flavorful and always fresh and hot. I love they food. The sauces are great as well and the restaurant is always clean
