Before purchasing I made two inquiries via direct message on Insta and the responses were quick. I started with two different origins, I couldn't give a tasting note because I'm not a professional. However, I enjoyed every preparation I made, both in an Italian coffee maker and in a filtered one like the Aeropress. The shipping was fast.
Terrible service when purchasing online. They have an absurd company policy that says they don 't grind specialty coffee, so what the heck do I do with the coffee? Should I buy a grinder that costs a fortune to grind? It doesn 't even put that on the page ABSURD! Normal coffees always make the wrong grind, you ask for espresso grind and they bring it in beans. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. If you are not qualified to offer a service, don 't do it.
Y sigue penosa su atención al cliente. Estamos en la feria del café en el CoffeeFest en Madrid, además de que la chica nos ignoró todo el rato, le dijo a otras personas un comentario bastante racista: “ya vienen las chicas, las van a reconocer son muy colombianas”. Con lo bueno que es el café es fácil imaginar el trato que dan para merecer una estrella. Sus productos son más caros en su propia web que en otras como Elcorteinglés. En especial el trato del comercial R.M. que te hace sentir como su secretaria. viendo las reseñas no es algo personal.
Muy buen café y atención. Es mejor comprarlo en la misma tienda, ya que por lo general tienen algún descuento. Ya no tienen servicio de café, pero es espectacular, muy recomendable.
