El Surla se podría definir una cafetería con cocina. Sirven desde un completo y variado desayuno-brunch hasta almuerzo (cocina mediterránea), meriendas con todo tipo de tres,cafés y pasteles, y cenas a base de sushi. Destaca por ser el único restaurante de Sushi de Tarifa, y la verdad que el sushi que preparan está genial. Ambiente desenfadado, internacional, y tienen Wifi gratis para los clientes. Abren todos los días, y esto por ser Tarifa le convierte en el mejor punto de encuentro del pueblo. Un rincón con encanto.
