I realized the spicy salmon roll was not my preference, but everything else was incredible: the shrimp and veggies were so fresh! The colorful lights and decor are upbeat without being gaudy. This place is an excellent choice to bring a friend with gluten allergies... unless you order online! Hopefully the online selection will be updated to reflect the thoughtfulness of the in house menu. Dietary restrictions: The menu is very helpful for gluten intolerance! Attentive service and wonderful sushi! I really appreciate that they have quite a few vegetarian options and that they even have a special section on their menu for this! It's really hard for vegetarians to otherwise go out for sushi (for example, with non-vegeterian friends/family). If this information was useful, I'd appreciate a quick like or follow. Thank you! My best buddy and I went out today for “bait” as we always call it. She likes sushi and I love sashimi. We’ve been looking for a new place in between our residences and stumbled on Sushi Aji.
