Robina - My meal was absolutely disappointing! The chicken was extremely dry and tasted very old, with no sauce at all. The dish was barely warm and lacked flavor. As for the rice, it was just a clump of goo. I filled out a complaint form, which was supposed to go directly to the head office, but it turns out there is no head office. I returned today to express my dissatisfaction again, but due to the limited English skills, the staff just handed me a phone number that went unanswered. It's frustrating how companies like this take your money and expect you to just walk away. I'm reporting this to the Gold Coast City Council's food safety department to prevent others from wasting their money....
I visited the sushi stall at Robina Town Centre near Target around 4:22 PM. There was plenty of sushi available in the display case, and since they close at 5:00 PM, I thought I would be fine. However, the lady working there looked at me and told me they couldn't serve me because they were closed. This was not an ideal customer service experience.

Delicious sushi, reasonably priced, consistent quality. They need to be more eco-friendly with their packaging as so much waste wrapping them with rubber bands then giving out those little plastic fish shaped soy sauce. Had a ubereats delivery of sushi and lobster salad I particularly liked the lobster salad it was fresh and a good sized serving, sushi was also good. I would recommend this sushi outlet with Bella in the Parramatta region and need a good clean healthy lunch!

This is our go-to sushi spot! We don’t visit any other places on the Gold Coast! Thank you for your excellent service, Sushi D’Lite! We always order the crispy chicken rolls and the tuna avocado.
I got a teriyaki chicken roll for my boy. After a few hours he got sick!!! Serious tummy ache and He is really sick !!!! We have to take him to emergency Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I've been dining here for over a year, but after my last visit on Wednesday at around 3 PM, I unfortunately experienced food poisoning just nine hours later. Food rating: 1.
