Waiters were no good. Unfriendly. Didn’t check on us. 1 girl ended up having to take over our table after we flagged her down because our waitress abandoned us. 5 empty plates piled up on our table, empty drinks for about 15 minutes. We had to call someone and ask for drinks. The girl with pink hair was the only friendly girl. Asked where our food was and one of them shouted “its cooking!” With attitude from across the room. The buffet is tiny and unimpressive. Half of the pans were empty and what wasn’t empty only had a tiny bit left. we asked if it would be refilled. We were told yes. It wasn’t refilled. Son found a metal wire in his Udon Soup last saturday, Manager refused to come out and address it, emailed complaint and they refused to reply. Complaint being filed with Brant County Health tomorrow. I don't take kindly to food contamination and the possibility of choking to death or ending up in the hospital. Paid full price for 2 lunches. 30 seconds of the managers time would have prevented it all but now instead 815 social media shares later and I'm sure its cost them much more than a free lunch. I've been here quite a few times, it's always good and fresh. Service is always quick. The only issue I really have is that they do not accept debit as a payment option. Cash or credit only. If you don't happen to have cash on you, they have conveniently placed a ATM right there for you to use. I've been to plenty of places like this, I go in and eat, and have to pay $3.00 in order to pay them for my meal. This $3.00, do I take it out of my servers tip? Or just eat the cost.
Will someone shut this place down already? Horrible servers that laugh and make fun of customers. Owner is even worse, doesn’t give a rat’s ass, which speaking of rats, is likely what you’re eating. The bathrooms will tell you everything you need to know about this restaurant. Joy Sushi is the same owner, do not be fooled. New location and name does not equal up to par standards. I went here for dinner the other night, and before then I had been enjoyed it here. But when I order sushi that is supposed to be deep fried and it's not, or our sushi is soggy from the ridiculous amount of bbq crab that was put on top. To top it off I waited over 30 minutes for rice. really not impressed. will not be returning
Terrible food for price of 25.99 per person for dinner, the buffet was cold and tasted terrible, will never go Again, I only had water to drink and hubby had a tea, and the bill was 61 dollars and I can home hungry terrible terrible !!
Amazing friendly, super attentive staff, fast service and great food especially for cost. Great overall for sushi and regular Chinese/Japanese food with a- la carte all you can eat and buffet table.
Charging $25.99 and the buffet is empty for 15-20 mins is NOT acceptable!! Waitress was inattentive had 0 social skills. I did enjoy the restaurant, but after that nonsense, I won’t be back Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was delivered quickly and accurate. Very tasty and fresh. Staff was very pleasant. Young male server extremely friendly and made the visit perfect!
