We had a pleasant experience, but if you're hungry and want to eat right away, it's best to arrive earlier. We visited on a busy Sunday night around 6:30 PM. As first-time visitors, we had to figure out the process. Guests are given a buzzer and must wait outside until it goes off, at which point they can join the queue indoors. Once inside, you sit on a wooden bench until your group is called for seating. Despite the crowds, our food, ordered via tablets, arrived in a reasonable time. The best!! I used to get takeaway a lot here when I was living closer but go for dinner every now and then. Always busy but don't have to wait too long as they don't take bookings for eating in. Some of the highest quality sushi I’ve tried! With delicious meals and scrumptious noodles, this Japanese restaurant is just spectacular. This is our favourite sushi on the Gold Coast and when it comes to price and quality; Honba Sushi can’t be beaten. It’s to the point now where we have stopped going to other sushi places as we are regularly disappointed in comparison with Honba. 10/10
