The food was adequate and our waitress was quite friendly. That’s about the only good thing I can say. The place isn’t very clean, we found bottles and papers under our table. And that could have perhaps been overlooked if the manager hadn’t been so incredibly rude. We called to make a reservation for a large group and when we arrived we were seated separately, one table behind the other. We asked the waitress if there was anything they could do so we could be seated together as this was a Mother’s Day Supper and when the manager came to see us he essentially berated us, stating that “no one had ever had an issue with this arrangement” and that “according to him we were seated together” and...

I ate there once and will never do it again.You come in and you think you're in a bar. If you want to talk to each other while you are at your table, then you should look for another place. you can hardly understand each other. But this probably depends on the day and time.Let's get to the food: all in all, our dishes were okay, but if you're really hungry, you should go somewhere else. Sure, it's a buffet and you can always order something, but I wouldn't see 2 chicken wings on a small plate as a whole dish.Coming to the service: as mentioned above, it was my first and last experience in this restaurant.While I was eating over my plate, my plate was taken away from me by a waitress. Was recommended to try Sushi Hoshi. Came along with 2 friends and was really just expecting a regular Sushi Joint with sub par food with little choices. Boy was I wrong. We were ordering from a tablet with so many choices and variations, we just wanted to try them all.Once food was placed with the tablet, food arrived very very quickly and you know it is fresh when the Prawn Tempura that arrived within 2 minutes was piping hot and crispy.We wanted to order literally everything but middle of round 2 we were already quite full so we slowed right down. Managed to finish all the food with no leftovers (leftovers are charged at $1 per piece). Order some Green Tea Matcha Ice Cream to wash it down....

We called to ask if we needed to make reservation they said no, next time we went they were booked and the host was rude.Half of the restaurant seemed empty but supposedly was booked and they said the waiting time is 1hr. They said it was becuaee of construction holidays, why dont they take reservations all the time then? Called this place to reserve for 2 people was told that there's no need to reserve for 2. Drove 30 minutes from Laval arrived at 6pm. Was told that the next available table will be at 7:30pm. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I'm never showing up here again.

If there are more than two of you when you order, you'll need to remember what you each ordered because everything comes on the same plate, all mixed together.

Service was great. They had experiences professional chef working in the kitchen and you definitely can taste it. Everything I ordered was properly done.
