One of the best Japanese ever eaten. Sushi are excellent. Cooking rice from far the most perfect I've ever tasted. Smooth and seasoning perfectly controlled. The quality of the ingredients is just great. Saumon label red, tuna heart, condiments and home-made accompaniment (special lion for fried shallots that accompany the California crispy.
