As a Peruvian, I came to Sushi Nikkei with high expectations. The food quality was outstanding, but the service was very poor. We ordered two sets from the acevichado sushi rolls on the menu, but only received one initially. We waited over 45 minutes for the second set to arrive, which was frustrating and made no sense.
