Last night my husband and I were excited to dine at Sushi Noz, 6 seats counter rated one Michelin star. I dined here last year and my experience was fun, informative with Chef Noz. I thought we will have a great time on our rare date night and we had the WORST experience EVER! We were shocked and appalled at the treatment we received by your chef, TJ Enkhbaatar. We eat Omakase frequently (weekly) and are avid diners globally. We have never had an interaction like that. This chef is very rude, ignorant, unprofessional and discriminatory. This restaurant offers an extraordinary dining experience. I highly recommend trying the beverage pairing. The only downside is that it is a very serious immersion into their traditional process, with a quiet atmosphere and no music, so don't expect a vibrant atmosphere. The food is exceptional - I would rate it 5 out of 5.
Sushi takeout review not sit downAbsolutely wonderful sushi. It’s very high quality. Highly recommend the futomaki’s. The kaisen don was really great too. Can’t fault anything. It’s expensive for sure but they sometimes have deals for takeout. So I was able to get half off and had to take advantage.
The best meal that I've ever eaten, and the best culinary experience that I've ever had. From the reservation confirmation to the world class service, wine pairing, food preparation and food quality, I can't recommend this experience highly enough. Wildly exceeded my expectations.

I had an exceptional experience once again at Noz. If there are other five-star restaurants in New York City, then Noz deserves a perfect 10. It is always my first stop when I visit New York. The food was outstanding, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.
