Horrible experience. Ordered around 9pm on uber eats for my wife who just gave birth. The restaurant had it preparing for over an hour. I called and nicely asked if they were still preparing the order they said they 'd been done for a while and were waiting for a driver. I told her that they have to switch from Preparing to ready so that an Uber driver can be connected with them and after much back and forth, the lady on the phone did not want to understand this/did not want to do it. After waiting over an hour and 15, we had to cancel the order because there would not have been any other way of getting the food. From this experience, I would never step foot/order from this place again.
