So, I?ve been a loyal customer to Sushi Q 2.5 for a year now and I love their sushi so good. I?ve always had a great experience there and it?s quick service. Today I went and I?ve had the worst experience. My partner and I went in and weren?t even greeted.We asked for a table for two and the man just gestured to the seating areas which is fine. We sat and he gave us our menus.Another couple comes in and they are white and the man walks them to their seat, with the menus in hand and asks them if theywant anything to drink. We haven?t even been asked if we want any. Finally after he gets their drinks, we finally get asked ifwe want anything and if we?re ready to order. We order and I look over...
Zero stars if I could. Like most of the recent reviewers, I?ve been loyal to this establishment for years. Ordered the vegetable hibachi to-go and found a tangled wad of 4+ inch hair in my food. My hair is no longer than 1.5in and is by no means fine orstraight, so definitely wasn?t mine. Needless to say, I?ll be making stir fry vegetables at home. Eat Sushi Q at your own risk.
The food is excellent but the service has gone so far down hill (as far as carryout) that it’s not worth it. Super slow. One time they claimed they didn’t even receive our order after I called it in, verified the location, and waited half an hour to head over. Not sure what’s going on over there but we won’t be going back time soon.
Won't here again! Idk what was wrong but definitely isn't good if I literally threw up the food I just eaten right back out. I couldn't even finish the sushi. It was definitely no good. First time ever experiencing this and I've always eaten sushi inother places.

Menu can be a bit misleading. Says rolls have real crab meat but, it’s imitation crab meat. Good flavor, but just know anytime you order crab, it will not be crab.
Kevin is a great server and his customer service is impeccable! The sushi is also very good but haven't tried anything else yet but will definitely return!
Friendly staff. Fairly fast service. And they gave us a free little appetizer and a free dessert! Oh and they have hot sake at this location!

Very good and fresh sushi! I absolutely love their shrimp winter soup! It's an upon noodle soup with veggies and shrimp.
Omg! Food so good! Staff are soooo nice!!! The Boston bay rolls are a knock out!! Yummy!!!! Keep up the good work
