This neat little sushi train is situated in the middle of a road junction in the midst of a commercial area in Underwood. They offer a similar experience and pricing to Sushi Edo, except without the order taking ipad and the credit card surcharge. Ambience: clean and tidy. Comfort chairs than Sushi Edo. My friends like the sushi here. There are some unique types. I'm not that into sushi but it's nice. Recommend the scallop sushi. The best thing is that they have a play area for restless toddlers. There's room for prams but the placement may be a bit awkward because you're either in a booth or on a stool which makes it hard to access a kid on a pram without blocking staff access. The other awkward thing is accessing the restaurant itself. If you are unfortunate enough to go on a busy weekend where all the spots in front are full... Sometimes we come here twice a week - that explained how good their sushi are.My partner was never sushi eater until I dragged him here. Now he is a fan.The size of sushi is generous and the taste is just amazing. You'd find combination of ingredient that you wouldn't find in anywhere else. There are some spicy sushi too which is my favorite. Their sashimi are always fresh and clean. Do come on Sunday, the price would be cheaper all day and at Sushi Ren you'd never need to worry about the color of the plates. If you like Sushi Edo, you will like Sushi Ren. They are Sushi Edo equivalence minus the self-ordering system. Menu is very similar and one same price $3.50. Fish pieces are cut slightly thicker here which gives it better taste. Sauce on Aburi sushi gives delicious flavours to sushi after being torched. Rice is well cooked with perfect seasoning and chewiness. Ingredients are fresh and respectfully handled. They also have sushi cup (chirashi sushi or scattered sushi) which is toppings on rice in a bowl. Try this place. You won't be disappointed.
Admittedly I went after work at about 4pm and there wasn't a soul in the place and not much on the train unsurprisingly. What I did have was nice. Just the stocko chicken and avo, tuna etc. The price may be cheap, but the pieces were also really really small. Will have to go back in peak hour and see how it rates. Chefs/waitresses lovely and friendly.
Love this place friendly staff always ready to help. The train always has a great varity and is set price at $3.50 per dish.Their meal range is nice and tasty i usually have teraki chicken and rice round 9.90 per dish but very tasty.Nice place for sushi in a hurry or leisurely meal.

I have been here probably 20 or 30 times and is as good if not better than the sushi train but ends up being cheaper as they have $3.50 plates all day every day, definitely recommend.
