From my culinary point of view, there were several ill-made dishes. curry chicken gyozas, they were so curry, they lost the rest of the ingredients, it was just as it was why I only knew curry, and it's a hard-to-use spice, why it happens, you kill the possible flavors. the umami wok, I think they didn't have all the ingredients and filled it with mushrooms, there was no trace of the rest of mushrooms or the shoots. and finally the milka cream, was or was mismade or in poor condition, was of a harinose and unpleasant texture to eat. It was the first time in my life that I remember, that left me a half dessert.
We've been on several occasions, and we've got it. The gyozas are very good. This time the traditional ones were frozen and actually cold. a pity and the rest I think at least tmb have changed the dough. It was good xo is a xq penalty before it was better.
Finally there is a really good restaurant in Sabadell which serve sushi with more than 2 ingredients! Genso offers different flavours in a sushi roll, so that you can enjoy the experience! Very nice and quick service!
We have gone hungry. very slow service, little personal in kitchen, almost no dessert, missing beers. We've even paid before we finished eating, because we weren't served the last dish.
