I noticed waitresses eating behind bar by food prep and one blew her nose and didn't wash her hands after; really gross. pretty long wait for only ordering 4 rolls and it wasn't busy at all. the sweet egg was very good, and the other rolls were flavorful, but too spicy to really taste the tuna and salmon, which made me suspicious concerning freshness, that and the consistency of the tuna and salmon; which appeared runny and mealy. I stopped in last week and have finally gotten time to make my post. It was my first time visiting this restaurant. I do like to try new places all of the time and I am glad that I made the decision to stop here. Besides myself, there were 2 other customers that I could see since I was sitting at the counter. I ordered the margarita for my drink and got Veggie Tempura for the starter and I ordered 1 St. Louis Roll and 1 Fried California Roll to make it simple for my first time. I really enjoyed my visit and everything was delicious. I will be returning and can't wait to try a few other items on the menu.
