Guys what happened? You have been my favourite sushi joint for years! The last few times were less than mediocre. Sushi looks more sad every time. The place is filthy and without any love now. Xmas tinsel is still up, there’s so much dirt in between the belt. One time there were fruit flies in my soy, twice the gyoza came out fried to death yet I got charged for it. Today my apple onion nigiri came with some kind of yuk remoulade on it, the fresh tuna hand roll was drowned in wasabi. Staff is on their phone and chatting, instead of maybe cleaning up a bit? After years of excellent feeds I won’t return.
Been to a couple of Sushi Jiro location, food taste the same store wise, nothing too special. However, Chadstone staffs are the hardest working staffs out of them all. Me and my partner came on a very busy Saturday lunch, queue was long but they turned over table extremely quick. Staffs was polite, friendly and I can tell they’re a good team seeing how they communicate to each other! Will bring my family back next time Service: Dine in
I usually prefer Sushi Jiro to other sushi chains. My experience today at the Chadstone Store was a let down though. I've tried a number of different sushi pieces and they were all sub par, from too spicy to off tasting dressings. It's a chain - but don't worry the food quality is lovely. Freshly made and freshly delivered to each of the various outlets. It's not gourmet sushi or sashimi but it's very good. And good taste and very good value - so if you see an outlet then go for it.Well worth a snack stop

Sushi sushi offers variety of sushi's with some vegetarian options too. Not a great sushi lover but know my taste and had some best sushi before in Hong Kong so will say this is an average place. But we like it whenever need something on the go or for a light healthy lunch.
Food and taste are below average compared to other sushi restaurants. Over priced, a tiny glass of lemon lime bitter costs $7.5, with just about 200ml. Quite disappointing, needs to improve standard to live your brand. Service: Dine in
Horrible and food isn’t fresh. They freeze their meals for defrosting serving next day my sushi was frozen and ice on the fish and cucumber. Not worth spending your money here rather eat McDonald’s
Food is acceptable, but I would give zero to service. The lady at the sushi bar seems really reluctant to service. I was planning to buy more but gave up due to her rudeness. Service: 1
