Additionally, I inquired about the ingredients in a particular roll, and while a young lady was initially helpful, she ended up needing to ask another staff member for the information. If she was new, that’s understandable, but it’s crucial for employees to know what they're serving, especially regarding allergens. Thankfully, I don't have any allergies, but it's a vital aspect of customer service in the food industry. Having worked in the food and hospitality industry for 20 years, I can confidently say that knowing your product is the number one rule. This experience left me very disappointed. You can definitely do better!
The sushi here is truly outstanding, but the service is simply appalling. Despite there being no other customers and three staff members present, not one of them bothered to acknowledge me. I was left waiting for an extended period. I even made eye contact with one of the workers, but he just walked to the back and pretended I wasn’t there. It seems like their business is thriving if they can afford to so obviously neglect customers. Good for them, I suppose.
Bought 2 boxes from this place within 5km from my home. Shocking, really shocking. There was NO wasabi either in the boxes nor between in fish and the rice. You feel cheated, disappointed and let down for a lunch that you paid for and want to enjoy !! Looks like we have to check and inspect all this when we next buy from Sushi Sushi !! But for me, I won't bother to go there again !! Sad... even small item like wasabi they want to cheat.
Wanted one sushi roll for a little snack, $3.80 wanted to pay cash. Tells me its $4.80 if l dont use my card, 15% surcharge if l use cash. What a joke! Wont be going there again, l will walk down the other end that dont charge me to use cash. Sushi Sushi is a perfect place to get a delicious Japanese snack when you shop in Casey. You can eat or take away and although there are queues at times, you are usually served within a few minutes. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Eat always perfect. Fast comfortable and good quality.
Terrible customer service via the phone. I called and they didn't even say their name or business and didn't know what it was talking about. They didn't give me napkins. Chop sticks. Or say sauce in my delivery bag.
I purchased two vegan sushi wraps, and within 30 minutes of eating them, I ended up vomiting everything. Please be cautious when buying sushi—I’m not sure if the ingredients were spoiled.
