The restaurant offers a blend of Japanese and Thai cuisine. While I didn’t try the sushi, I found the Thai dishes to be rather underwhelming. The steamed dumplings lacked freshness and weren’t served hot. Additionally, our waiter was quite rude and neglected to bring us our sake, yet still charged us for it. She repeatedly approached our table to check if we were finished while we were still eating, which felt intrusive. If they wanted to speed up our meal, they shouldn’t have seated us so close to closing time. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the plum wine is fantastic. However, the service has been noticeably lacking lately, almost to the point of being non-existent. We visit this location about every three months and for special occasions. I highly recommend it for the food and wine, but if you're not in a large group, it's wise to temper your expectations about the service.
The menu is extensive, featuring all the classic sushi and Thai dishes you could want. The staff is friendly and attentive. The decor reminded me of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, and the flavors were reminiscent of those at Thai Thai Bistro and Bar in Hawaii.

We experienced some of the finest sushi we’ve ever tasted. Our favorite dish was definitely the Lobster Roll! The Boats, offered in various sizes and presentations, were truly outstanding and stole the show.
