This place was wow!! My little one wanted sushi and this place was really close by. I 'm so glad we stopped by. They have so much to choose from and it wasn 't super busy! We started with the shrimp lollipops, as my little one called them and pork gyoza. Those shrimp lollipops left such an impression on us, that I really hope I can find something like that back home . I’m currently having dinner with my mom and sister at the closest sushi restaurant to our house. I decided to come here since it was nearby. I ordered the Sashimi Platter, Shrimp Shumai, Takoyaki, and Mixed Tempura Seafood Ramen. I initially thought the service was slow because there was only one server. We started eating to avoid letting the Mixed Tempura Takoyaki get cold, but then the ramen arrived. The noodles tasted like instant noodles, which was disappointing. A few friends and I ordered from this restaurant and all of us were very disappointed in the quality of food- and the aftertaste! Apparently it used to be a really great restaurant but then it sold to new owners and they are definitely taking so many shortcuts on the food. First of all, there was no seasoning on any of our meals. Two of my friends got Ramen and that was so bland and flavorless. The chicken that came in a teriyaki meal for $16 reminded me of the chicken from Subway (very spongy and fake tasting). Just sharing this so that you don't make the same mistake we did! Absolutely a hidden gem! I would give this restaurant more stars if I could. The sushi here is incredibly fresh—it's almost like it melts in your mouth. The presentation when dining in is delightful, and the staff is very friendly, making for a wonderful overall experience. Our waiter was young but clearly passionate about his job, ensuring we had a great time. If you're dining in, definitely try the tuna dumplings—they're a must! (I promise to take pictures next time.) This place been open for a long time yet they keep the furniture nice and clean now let's talk food we loved their tuna dumplings it's a tuna sashimi filled with shrimp and avocado nothing to do with real dumpling) as well as amazing tuna roll yummy/ vegetable roll and spicy tuna, squid salad was also very tasty .. definitely recommend them All especially the tuna dumpling and amazing tuna maki service was excellent we had Jimmy taking care of us today what a great guy ! I ordered delivery, so I can't comment on the service or the location, but the food was fantastic. I tried the White Sox roll, and it was one of the best sushi rolls I've had in a long time. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the Train Ramen to the blueberry cheesecake, sushi platter, shrimp swiri pops, and gyoza. I can't wait to visit the restaurant in person!
We went here for my birthday with a party of 14 and they were very accommodating!! They were quick with all of our requests and went above and beyond. Our server was very sweet, polite, and had all of our orders perfectly accurate. The sushi, sashimi, andappetizers were fantastic along with the desserts. I highly recommend Sushi Train and I will definitely be back.
IM A SUSHI FANATIC AND I LOVE THIS PLACE Everything was top notch. From the drinks to the food. I recommend the Angel Fest roll or the Boston roll. We left the restaurant just before 9 PM, and they refused to serve us because they were about to close. When I asked if we could get takeout, they firmly said no! The service was terrible! Based on how they treated us until closing time, I would rate it a 1.
