There are two Sushidos now, one located at Piccones shopping centre in Brinsmead and the other near the airport. This review is for the Piccones location. The café offers a variety of hot meals along with a great selection of fresh and appetizing sushi rolls. Some of the hot meals available include okonomiyaki, katsu don, kaarage chicken, as well as a variety of noodles and curries. During our recent visit, we shared the first three items and found them all to be incredibly delicious and authentic. My family and I had a delicious dinner at this restaurant with sushi and a teriyaki plate. The salad that came with the meal was so good that my 10-year-old daughter ended up buying a bowl of it to eat on its own. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to our overall great experience. It was evident that this restaurant is a favorite among locals, as it was busy with people coming in and out to buy their dinner.
beautiful experience here. delicious and a great selection of Japanese foods. there were other extras to buy here, like traditional German bratwurst and baby shoes. very very cool room with excellent service and very clean and neat. would recommend to all. Thank you. to the woman who opened early for us and the dear manager (owner) who is always incredibly helpful.
We try to eat here when we go to the markets. The food has been good quality every time we go. Tempura is great and Karaage a good size with the crispy battered chicken. The salads change weekly and the eggs with patterns on are...unique. The only problem is that there needs to be more seating and fans in Summer.

Only just spotted this place near airport. To access if you are coming from the city you must pass airport turnoff and turn right into the access road just after to get there . Worth the effort typical Japanese nosh house with pretty good...food. Gota try there Okonomiyaki next time I stop by.
you might think that you can't get a good sushi in a small shopping center, but you'd be wrong. sashimi is a very generous part (and bought every piece). nice fresh food. had never had a bad eating experience. the lady on the theke is great, not so good if she isn't there.
I visit this restaurant every week. The food is always fresh and the service is friendly with a smile. The prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend trying the salmon soup.
