Great Peruvian sushi, if you can make it to the happy hour you can be able to try a little bit of everything they have to offer, fresh ingredients great flavor, definitely a place you want to go back to and tell your friends about it, they also have a great variety of drinks base on Pisco with different flavors like parcha,chicha morada,etc we were really impressed on how generous they were on the amount of pisco poured on these drinks, you can actually taste the richness of the flavor. I used to order takeout from Suviche when working from the office, so I was super excited when I moved to Doral and realized we have one right around the corner at CityPlace! So to start, they have happy hour DAILY. Anyone who has weekend happy hour is already ahead in my book. We've tried pretty much all the food on their happy hour menu and it's all delicious. Our fav is the crispy rice. Also tried their Lomo Saltado which was really flavorful and a good portion for the price. We've been a few times and service is always good. I always like to place the use of doubt. but if they have several problems, I have to speak. my wife took an order, the app said that eating was ready, but when my wife asked the host for eating, she said it would be in a few minutes (15 minutes later,) no problems there. the hostess was dismissed with my wife and told her that she had to click on the “reception food” although she had not prepared to eat it. the sushi with garnel was not fresh at all, had a funny taste that ended on the mülldose. the ceviche of course was salty and the fish was not fresh. that's a place that's hard for me when I look the next time.
This is a stunning restaurant, Nuevo Peruvian, located in a lovely outdoor mall setting. The food was outstanding. We started with the seafood ceviche and the knall war for beginners, both of which were delicious and fresh. We also ordered an Udon dish with chicken, which came with an excellent sauce, as well as a dish with lomo (beef). I had the perfecta sushi roll, and everything was delightful. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I typically begin with the tuna tataki, which is absolutely delicious. Then I move on to the rolls—so good! I usually order the plain roll, the TNT roll, the Zilantro roll, and the Chaufa roll. The bang bang roll is fantastic as well, though I didn't get a chance to take a picture because we devoured it so quickly! I also really enjoy the pisco here.
I had the most amazing Bang Bang Shrimp ever! You definitely need to try their Pisco Sours as well; I had the pineapple flavor and it was simply outstanding! I also ordered the ALMOST PERFECT ROLL, which features crispy shrimp and cream cheese topped with avocado and tempura flakes, finished off with spicy mayo and eel sauce. The combination of flavors and textures was absolutely spot on!
The restaurant has a wonderful, contemporary ambiance. The food was delicious and pleasantly surprising. The service was attentive, and the meals were served at a comfortable pace. Additionally, the portion sizes and presentation of the dishes were both impressive.
