I ate at this establishment in the past and enjoyed every moment of it down to the food. I don’t usually leave reviews but it took everything in me to not walk in and say something. A friend of mine and I went on an adventure today with our kids. We decided to stop in and grab lunch but having 9 people total is kind of obnoxious and of course there would be some kind of wait which is understandable for someone who has worked in food service for 15+ years. Not to mention the other adult is a manager at a local bar. I left my number and name for an expected 15/20 minute wait. An hour later and after we found food for the kids at an awesome bbq joint down the street they finally touched base. I...
Delicious food and a great atmosphere. It sits on a very nice corner in town with a comfortable evening sun that shines through into the front room full of potted plants. Everything there is tasty and well priced. I gave a 4 only because the two times I have been in, the staff was a bit inattentive and made for some long wait times but were very friendly and happy to help.
Before we even entered the locals eating outside told us what a good place this is. We found good food, attentive staff, all set on an interesting street in Southern Pines. Menu features all fresh ingredients and interesting choices. we sat outside and enjoyed watching people walking past. there is an interesting variety of locals here.
I had been meaning to eat here since we moved to SP three years ago, and decided to take my visiting mom there. The tortilla soup was delicious but my 86 y/o mother couldn't eat it. Anytime I'm in Southern Pines, I try to stop in for lunch. The hot vegetarian is amazing! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the location can't be beat!
The food is always above par if you can find them open they were better before the pandemic Parking: Streetside first came me first serve
Wanted to call in a take out order. Phone busy for 30 minutes so gave up and went somewhere else.

Great food, terrible hours. If you work 9to5 you'll never know how good the food is. Shame.
