There was one person on staff. We ordered the tofu-fa and I just cannot understand how something they used to do consistently so right, is now so wrong. Watery, powdery and broken. Where is that silken, smooth glossy texture that one can spoon up in slivers of soft, delicate tofu with the sweet, spiced ginger syrup?
Not only did it take 15 minutes. They volunteered to make a second before setting it down onto the table.

Angemessene Auswahl an asiatischen Desserts hier, aber leider ist der Service in den wenigen Zeiten ziemlich langsam, denn ich bin hier gewesen, denn es gibt nur einen Mitarbeiter, der alles tut. Ihr Tau F FA (Bean Curd Pudding) ist der beliebteste Gegenstand, und es ist in der Regel sehr glatt und ziemlich anständig - Hat es heiß ist am besten. Nur heute war eine ihrer Puddings nur klumpig und matschig - nicht, wie es sein soll. Ihr Kokosnuss-Gelee war jedoch ziemlich schön - erfrischend und schmeckt nach Kokosnusswasser.

Their tau fu fa (bean curd pudding) is their most popular item and it's usually very smooth and pretty decent - have it hot is best. However, just today one of their puddings was just lumpy and mushy - not how it's supposed to be. Their coconut jelly was quite nice though - refreshing and tastes like coconut water.
