I visited Sweet Frog on Friday with my three sons. While I found the prices to be a bit on the high side, it seems that's a common trend these days. The staff were friendly and professional, making an effort to keep the place tidy even with a slower crowd. However, I had to deduct a star for the bathroom conditions; my boys found it unhygienic, with pee on the seat. I appreciate the effort of allowing kids in the workplace—it's a challenge to manage everything without daycare—but it's crucial to instill in them the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. It's never too soon to start teaching these habits! I do want to note that the little boy was well-behaved, quiet, and didn't disrupt anyone...
Came in around 630 no one was in there. It was clean and stocked and it would have been a great visit as it usually is however the young man at the register seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Edit this review to state he then told a customer if he didn't work here he wouldn't come here because it's too expensive. Then used foul language when talking to another coworker. Wow. Not impressed at all.

When we approached the counter to pay, the cashier didn't greet us at all. She only spoke to us after we placed our cups on the scale. There was no inquiry about our rewards membership or any of the typical friendly conversation you'd expect. I walked away feeling let down by this visit and I'm not sure if we'll come back to this location. The cashier's name was CDietz.

I hadn't been to Sweet Frog in a while, but today I took my granddaughter and we enjoyed a lovely dessert. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't add our own toppings due to COVID precautions, as the staff does it for you. Other than that, the Golden Ring location was immaculate. I highly recommend it!
Very , very sweet ???? Too sweet for people in a diet. Very clean and nice family starting I enjoyed it with my daughter Yes handicap people will have problem I don't know about the restroom. But again if u are in a diet I don't think that they offer a protein base yogurt with protein toppings Maybe soon

The service was exceptional and attentive. The food was delicious. It's a bit of a distance from Reisterstown, but definitely worth the trip!

Additionally, the staff is very humble, and the location is spotless.
