The food at this restaurant was terrible tonight. I arrived at 8:30 and ordered a harvest bowl. The chicken was completely inedible - tough, dry, and unappetizing. There is no excuse for such poor quality. The waitress who served me was unfriendly, cold, and unenthusiastic. While I understand that working in food service can be tough, it would have been nice for her to at least pretend to be friendly for the brief moment it took to serve me my disappointing meal. I had been looking forward to a fresh and healthy dinner, but instead I was left spitting out my first bite and throwing the rest away. It was a waste of $15. If you must visit this restaurant, I would recommend going during the day...
The restaurant has excellent food and amazing employees. However, I have to deduct a star because the restaurant does not allow employees to receive tips. I believe that most customers who dine here are willing to tip, and it would be beneficial for the employees. Sweetgreen is successful because of its employees, and they should be rewarded for their hard work. I have attached a photo of the company values for reference. I believe Sweetgreen should prioritize creating a positive working environment for its employees. Why not allow customers to tip if they choose to do so? Respectfully, Kat.
I am writing this review because I am a big fan of sweetgreen, but there seems to be an issue with this particular location. I truly hope they can address it. I placed an online order and added the $2 warm mushrooms option. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the portion size as I only received 3 small mushroom slices. I believe sweetgreen can do better than this.
Their customers are habitual blockers of the bike lane. They need to take responsibility and help advocate for safer streets for non car traffic. A business can?t claim to advocate for healthier communities while their patrons create a dangerous environment for bikers.
First time eating at sweet green and I thought my meal was delicious and a large portion. I got the Chicken Pesto Parm bowl. I will say the tables were pretty dirty which was probably due to understaffing. That?s the reason I?m giving a 4 instead of a 5.
Andrea is extremely welcoming and greets me with a smile every time I visit this restaurant. Salads are my go-to meal after a workout, and Sweetgreen offers a variety of tasty options to choose from.
It is usually pretty good, expensive but healthy. Recently you have been providing a lot less salad base for the same $20 price, what?s going on?? It?s happened the last 4 times. Please fix this.
