I enjoy the food at this restaurant; it is quite healthy and I especially love their salads. However, I find the staff to be fairly unprofessional. Their attitude seems rushed and they appear to carelessly throw food together. It would be nice if they were more respectful towards the food they are serving. It always feels like they are in a hurry to get customers out. There was one instance where a server took their time and served everything gently, and it made a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
I ordered delivery from DoorDash while I was in the hospital. I chose to build my own bowl. The food arrived still warm and was okay, but the portion size was disappointingly small, only filling 1/3 of the bowl. It seemed like the food had been sitting around all day. I had to tear up the whole basil leaves that were placed on top. Overall, it gave me the impression that this restaurant may not be the best choice for quality or attention to detail. However, it was still much better than the hospital food.
A little chaotic but I guess that's to be expected given the location and general activity level. Salad was good fresh ingredients, good proportions. If you order online for pickup you have to ask a counter person for it when's you get there. The don't put them out on the pickup shelf because they get stolen.

Went here to grab dinner last night. It was a pretty disappointing location. There was no cups for water, it was a little dirty and there was no bread. There also were more limited green base options then usual. The staff was friendly given the situation but definitely will not return to this location.
The Asian girl at the counter seemed inexperienced and rushed, resulting in poorly prepared food. I regret wasting my money on the hot honey chicken dish, as it made me sick. I will not be allowing her to make my food again in the future.
1. The prices have stayed the same, but the portions are half the what it was before.2. The salad was too salty and couldn’t finish. There was a ton of oil at the bottom of the bowl.
I had never been to Sweetgreen before, but I stopped for lunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised! I tried the Kale Caesar salad with mushroom, and it was delicious!

Unique salads and bowls, good for takeout as seating is limited. Try the Crispy rice Bowl (actually not much rice) it’s deelish.
Healthy food that people who don't like to eat healthy will like to eat. Really delicious options.Food: 5/5
