we stayed at the mercury of Chantilly during a weekend found via staycation. very beautiful hotel that has a pleasant relaxation area (the sauna didn't work.) the restaurant is quite expensive but we eat very well, breakfast in the form of a buffet is hearty with quality products. it was just a little cold in the room but otherwise the services are up. We'll come back for sure.
hotel of very good standing, I recommend you to ask for a view on the river side to enjoy a fully rural stay! disappointment on the restaurant: the dishes are not at the level of what you can expect from the place and the price, I suspect my ravioli from being out of the microwave....

A good buffet for an After The Game lunch. Well prices and lots of choices. Wine list needs expanding and needs cheaper wines.
