to take my parents to the Swiss chalet every Friday night, since my father had to stop it, was the best thing ever. this situation has amazing employees who feel them like family. when covid19 met the restaurant industry, we supported this location with a Friday night. we went back to the inside restaurant and the staff welcomed us to a very safe dining experience. we felt that we were visiting old friends who we had not seen in one. at our visit tonight they asked how he was, but unfortunately my father died last week. the employees came to our table and offered contingency. that made my mother so special. this location has really amazing personal. shout after lorraine a manager who greets...
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Terrible customer service. Last time we ordered take out here, they took over an hour to deliver the food, the delivery man had an attitude, and the food was cold. This was obviously unacceptable and told us that next time we ordered something there would be a discount on our account, (or some other BS along those lines) and now tonight we called for take out (tried convincing my parents otherwise since they were so terrible last time) spent over half an hour on the phone arguing because they were so unorganized and didn't have our phone number in the system. They were incredibly rude and not willing to help. This is not once but TWICE they have screwed us ov...
I'm still sitting in the drive through... it's been almost half an hour. This is ridiculous and not the first time the drive through has taken a very long time. If you want this for dinner you better start your order before you get hungry and have nothing else to do but wait. Not impressed.
Just ordered take out and the fries were terrible. It was very evident that they were fried in very old oil and they had a very bad taste to them. This should not happen, but I guess the restaurant industry is going down hill.
