I was genuinely impressed by the Perogies; they were crispy and served hot, with just the right amount of spice. When I bit into them, they didn’t leak too much potato filling, which was perfect. The accompanying cream was also delicious—not too spicy and with the right consistency for dipping. I didn’t finish them since I wanted to save room for my main course, so our server, Rochelle, kindly provided a container and some extra dipping cream for later. We came in to have the Thanksgiving dinner, we got 2 Thanksgiving feast dinners with white meat, the food was very salty by edible at least, there was a very loud group that was also dining in behind us, we asked to be seated somewhere else further away but they said they couldn't move us away, we found this odd since there was a lot of empty seating. The food was good, we paid and tipped, when we were walking out we noticed on the poster that we were suppose to receive a pumpkin pie slice and lindor chocolate with our thanksgiving meals... I used the Swiss Chalet app and selected “chalet valet curb-side” spot 3 when I arrived. I sat in my car for 10 mins past my pickup time expecting my food to be brought out to me, it never came. So I walked into the takeout area and asked for my food and let them know I was waiting and got no sorry no apologies. My food was sitting in one of the insulated takeout bags the whole time. I won’t be coming back to this location.
I ordered my usual—a half chicken dinner with corn. It's Weight Watchers friendly, with only seven points! It was delicious. The corn was clearly frozen but packed with freshness; it was hot and crunchy. The chicken was served hot and was wonderfully tender. The roll was warm, and the sauce was hot and flavorful. Went on Thanksgiving day as a family of 4. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner special as there was a big poster about it. But the restaurant was out of dark meat, pumpkin pie and the chocolate. Even though the waitress substituted we personally didn't enjoy it. In the end instead of Lindor chocolate we received a very sincer apology for been out of stock.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying the worst wings I've ever had at any restaurant. They were fried, overly crispy, and incredibly dry. The few I managed to eat tasted like they were leftover from days ago, with just a bit of buffalo barbecue sauce slathered on top.
The restaurant offers delicious food in a pleasant setting, conveniently located and with quick service. The staff is excellent as well. I tried the chicken spring rolls, chicken pasta, and chicken salad, and all of them were tasty.

Last time we eat at Swiss Chalet. Annoyed by a food fly at our table. The club wrap was dry and bland and the supposedly awesome roast beef was awful, warmed up airplane food! I think Swiss Chalet is going down hill.
