Die Konditorei befindet sich im Viva Panorama Restaurant, dort können die Gebäcke entweder vor Ort gegessen oder mit nach Hause genommen werden. Die Kreationen sind absolut wunderbar und schmackhaft, aber ziemlich teuer, aber lohnend, da sie eine ganz besondere Leckerei sind. Interessant ist, dass der Bäcker auch Kurse zur Herstellung von Schokoladen, Kuchen und Gebäcken anbietet.
