Today I picked up a whole bunch of food from Swolehouse Meals . They are a partner of ours so with the discount it was a great price (Join Long Island foodies on FB). Was looking for a salad spot and came across this place. I got spinach as my base with quinoa, croutons, carrots, and tomatoes as a topping and steak as my meat. I didn?t get any cheese. They have a Buffalo ranch sauce that is SO good I only ate it withmy steak though. They also give discounts for first responders. Definitely will be coming back telling my co workers.
