I've been trying this place for over 20 years, and I've finally made the time to try. we went right when they opened so that we didn't have to wait, and got a nice table near the bar that was right in front of the kamin. the atmosphere was great, I love the rustic feeling of the restaurant. the personal was wonderful and cared for us. we both strip the first-class new york, and they were both perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. the pommes were very good, I tried the French wobbles soup, and although I wasn't the biggest fan of this special suppe, with the way she was seasoned, but it was still good. they had a cheese butter with the broth that they put on the table that was excellent. This place was AWESOME!!! The food was very good!! I had the steak with a red wine reduction sauce, It was AMAZING!! The first time I ate something like that. The potatoes were... The vegetables were also perfectly cooked. The Cadillac Margaritas ran smoothly? Oh, yeah, the food rolls were so good with the real whipped butter. To be honest, It's already awhile, since I've been gone and everything could be perfect! This is my first time here, can't it wait to go back?? This place is not cheap, but if you spend some money, this place is not disappointed. You'll be happy?
Don?t miss this $20. Deal! The most beautiful historic restaurant and bar. Met friends for $20. Wine tasting and appetizers. Bars available for wine tasting inside outside. We sat at a long table outside under twinkle lights in the huge trees. Band was playing solely on z off. Played Get Your Kicks on Route 66, Perfect for this location. Don?t miss this deal! Not impressed by the food, service was great though. Very polite and attentive. I ordered the artichoke and that should've been a sign to get out it was way over cooked and mushy my husband order a soup and he said it was like warm I order a salad and steak medium rare it was more on the raw side ugh so we decided not to order anything else we've had enough. Drinks were good.
Really good time, the food is good and the service is amazing. They pour the drinks stiff and the ambiance is what you expect from a inland empire institution. Will be back, great for professional dinners or just a nice but not to nice meal out.
Wow! I love real steakhouses! Great wine selection, martinis and oysters were fantastic. Prime Rib was excellent. You have to pay for secondary dishes, but it's worth it. It's not cheap, but good food and good wine is never.
Local historical jewel with delicious food, impressive wine list and unique craft cocktails! The warm atmosphere inside was kept authentic and get a lot of its history. Definitely a must if on Route 66!
only let them sycamore the gas house expects a beautiful date night with my man. unfortunately we will not be back. we arrived at 19 o'clock and ordered a starter and drinks.
excellent eating and service . that is what should be fine eating! can not wait to get back it was too busy and we had to find someone to get us our jack.
