My partner and I were looking for a cute brunch restaurant and found Synonym as we were walking down James St! The menu was limited because we went on a Sunday and only the brunch menu was available, but we still enjoyed our food! The staff here are friendly and the vibes here is fun! Only thing is it was a bit humid indoors but bearable!
On February 5, 2022, I spent my fifth day in the city and started my morning with a coffee at SYNONYM in Hamilton. I enjoy exploring new spots, and this one did not disappoint. My hot Americano was just right, and the SANDO breakfast was delicious. It’s a charming café, perfect for unwinding and catching up with friends.
The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with a light and wooden decor that adds to the charm. The staff were excellent, going above and beyond to accommodate some food intolerances. They actively offered solutions while being genuinely friendly throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience!
One of my favorite cafes in Hamilton! They offer a unique selection of wine and beer that I haven't found anywhere else. I tried the coconut coffee and mushroom toast, and it was delightful.
