We visited this restaurant on a Friday and enjoyed some fantastic live music. The decor is beautifully themed, creating a lovely atmosphere. Generally, the food is quite good. However, the lamb we ordered was dry and overcooked. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they promptly replaced it. The replacement was much better, but it was still a bit burnt. All the other dishes we tried were delicious and flavorful. Because of the issue with the lamb, I'm giving this review a lower rating, but overall, I think this is a great place to enjoy a meal with friends and family.
The food at this restaurant is exceptional. The ambiance is welcoming, and you can choose to dine on any of the three levels. The first floor has a charming window seat that overlooks the shops and the street. I think the second floor has a balcony as well. However, I did experience a lengthy wait of about an hour for my meal after ordering, despite the fact that there were only a few customers there. It's possible that my location on the third floor played a role in the delay. All in all, it's a wonderful place!

However, the appetizer arrived long after our main courses, making it difficult to truly appreciate it. While the dishes were well-prepared and flavorful, the chicken was somewhat under-seasoned and lacked proper marination. I would recommend the restaurant, but it's important to manage your expectations.

I highly recommend trying the Lamb Chops, Mixed Grill, and Grape Leaves; they were all outstanding dishes!

The frozen fries were poorly prepared, and the lahm bil ajeen was overly drenched in pomegranate molasses, which overshadowed all other flavors. Furthermore, the flatbread wasn't made fresh—an essential element—rather it was a store-bought pita with crumbled meat on top. Syrian cuisine has enormous potential, but this experience fell far short of expectations.
The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. Looking for something unique, we chose to visit and were pleasantly surprised by the charming balcony view on a beautiful day in Ellicott City. If you're in search of delicious cuisine and excellent service while wanting to try new things, this is definitely a place worth visiting!
The Turkish coffee and treats are outstanding! If you find yourself in Old Ellicott City, make sure to stop by and sample these homemade delights, along with a serving of their Turkish coffee. It's wonderfully herbal and perfect for warming up on a chilly day. I can't wait to explore more of the menu! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

The Syrian coffee is fantastic, and their hummus is the best I've ever tasted. Overall, the food was delicious and incredibly fresh. I didn't see my server often, but given that the restaurant has three levels and I was busy working on my laptop, it wasn't a big issue.
