I've come here and noticed that the service is poor, the staff is just flat out rude! I feel uncomfortable, but still want to order. It's nearby my job, so I obviously want to order food you know? But can't stand being treated as if I'm bothering someone. I ask simple questions and get snarky answers and short replies, as if I really irritated the person. Well the boba was ok, but they completely forgot the sugar and were hesitant to add any despite me really insisting there was definitely no sugar in it. They were polite but acted like I didn’t know what boba was supposed to taste like.The milk tea tasted watered down and we got it with no ice, so we were surprised. Smoothie had too much ice, not able to drink without letting it sit to melt. We didn’t try the food.It’s a bit loud in the building and it’s not very busy. We had to yell our order and they had to yell back ?
Drinks are good not too sweet but staff is extremely rude!!! Hurry up white boy I don 't got all day to my face (I 'm half Asian btw) because I was taking too long to order on the kiosk...Unfortunately the environment of the market place is always crowded but I guess it affects the employees too. Used to come here often but I don 't see the need to when you have to deal with rude employees...
I ordered a grass jelly milk tea and it was definitely watered down and nearly tasteless. Couldn't taste the tea and they filled my drink with ice even though I politely asked for no ice (it was printed on my cup order too), and I had even added a nice tip before I received the drink. As there's better choices nearby, I won't be ordering from here again.

that's my honest critique. eating is terrible, the popcorn huhn is so bad and the same with all the other means of life. it takes so long and honestly is not even good. the drinks are ok some of the time, but other paints it is terrible. everything is so slow and this one worker who has messed up the order and it took 10 minutes to order.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff is extremely rude. I suggest giving the space to a boba business that actually cares about their customers. Get them out of the marketplace!

Although not a huge fan of boba I'm a huge fan of the teas and milk teas. I recommend. Love the honey peach royal tea. It's one of my favorites
