We ate here on our first night in Valencia and generally enjoyed it. The live guitar player really added to the ambience and the restaurant was full of diners. We ordered the paella, which was tasty but pricey and lacked some of the traditional parts like the socarrat, which was disappointing and left us questioning the price. The staff were okay, it felt as though we were an inconvenience multiple times, not the friendliest. We also ordered Agua de Valencia, which had been adapted into a fancier drink. Although tasty, I would recommend getting the original from a local bar instead to get the full experience. All in all, tasty food, not sure if we would go back.
A dramatic Aqua de Walencia drink, the cheapest potatoes dripping with fat in Patatas Bravas, and on top of that, the staff who ignored the request to change the dirty tableware, did not answer questions and did not understand a word of English but gossiped about customers at the bar. I do not recommend visiting here
Flamenco night? a very good guitarist) until 21:30 h. we went to dinner at 21.15...15 minutes of flamenco, neither dance nor anything. normal dinner we went for the plus of flamenco but of course we will not return
super attention, but rice is richer in my house. I think it's expensive for quality. I guess because I was a tourist I didn't know what dishes the speciality of the house is, but what we asked didn't love

The paella valenciana was very disappointing. We asked only one thing... if they could make it without snails and they brought us with them... The dessert was not tasty at all
It is a restaurant that, despite seeing it very often we had never entered, and the truth has been a discovery and a success, we will repeat without doubt
We had phenomenal dinner, the waitress who served us the cava had not much experience but no one was born learned. the food we'll be safe
