I came here this evening and I brought my brother and husband with me. I want to begin by saying that they were extremely impressed by the service and food as well. Sam is an oustanding waiter. He went out kf his way to explain menu items for me and helped me identity good food choices despite my allergies. He even went out of his way to get the kitchen to make me a dessert I had requested. As an avid foodie, I often try several restaurants a week. This is BY FAR the best service I have ever had. Sam always made sure our glasses were full and that our needs were met. The service was good and very accomodating. The food-just okay. I ordered the pasta of the day which was noodles with an Alfredo type sauce, spinach, bacon and I didn't realize chicken. Okay so the noodles were very good. The sauce was not very close to tasting like Alfredo and the pasta could have used more sauce. The bacon was delicious and I ended up picking it all out!! But the chicken was not good at all. It was dry and flavourless. The dish would have been far better without the chicken and I would have enjoyed it much more. We ordered a pitcher of sangria which is the worst we (all 4) have tasted. It was too sweet and brownish in colour, although it was supposed to be red wine sangria!(0/5). Two of us had the crab cakes (3/5) accompanied by a kale salad(4/5) and very stringy fries(0/5). One had hamburger steak with onions and mashed potatoes(4/5). This plate should have had less mashed and a vegetable. My wife had the sea bass which did not taste fresh; the bones were not taken out. It was accompanied by yellow coloured rice and some broccoli (2/5). All in all, not a very good performance.
I travel for work a lot. I have not had such a great meal and a great time in a loooooong time. I sat at the bar. Happened to be martini Tuesday (aren’t I lucky? So I had the perfect martini. Then I had the perfect early dinner after traveling all Day. The octopus was absolutely delicious. The bar tenders (yep 2 of Them even of a Tuesday night were delightful and funny and friendly. I can’t wait to go Back on my next trip to Laval.

We were a group of 20 people celebrating my husband's surprise party last Saturday at Table 51 Laval we were all pleasantly surprised with the food (i.e braised beef, med chicken, tartar) really enjoyed the overall experience. Finding reservations for a large group is difficult lately, but Table 51 is set-up very well for groups. Both with their seating staff. We all enjoyed our time their will definitely go back!
Had dinner at Table 51 last night and was really surprised on how great this restaurant was! The atmosphere was outstanding-high energy, the service was superior, and the food was out of this world! The owner Jimmy Komas is the ultimate host and will treat you like an old family member. Highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out, competitive prices and food that will continue to bring you back again.
we were a group of 20 people who celebrated on the last Saturday my man surprise party in table 51 laval, we were all pleasantly surprised with eating (i.e. brazed bark, medhun, wetar) really enjoyed the total experience. in the last time the search for reservations for a large group is difficult, but table 51 is very good for groups. both with their seats. we all enjoyed our time, their will definitely be back!
After running some errands in the Carrefour Laval mall, we stopped at the Table 51 for dinner. We had the Korean short rib and the the Signature braised beef that were both very good (same piece of meat slowly cooked but with different seasonings). Just be aware that main dishes are served with their own sides so no need to order extra sides ! Fine settings and atmosphere, good value for money.

The short ribs and chicken and potatoes were quite tasty dinners and their cocktails (martinis, Caesars, and others) were also quite good. Not a huge beer selection with only 1 local brew, but the ambiance and service was nice.
Good overall lunch . I was there with two guest , the lunch menu had different options o had the salmon tarter and ir was great. I would go back anytime for lunch.
