I am always disappointed with the service provided by the drive thru person, KATHLEEN M. She seems to always be in a hurry when taking food orders and never takes responsibility when our orders are incorrect. Today, my burrito order was wrong and I immediately informed her before paying. Despite this, she insisted that the order had already been made and refused to have it remade, using the excuse of being busy. I had no choice but to pay for the incorrect burrito and then go back inside to purchase the correct one. This kind of impatience and rudeness is a recurring issue with her.
Not sure if the person preparing the food was sick and having a coughing fit while making my order or there oral hygiene just wasn't up to par or they just simply spit in my food. But the breakfast crunch wrap with steak I ordered this morning straight up taste like very very bad breath! I'm hoping your not disrespectful to your customers in that way because we're the reason you have employment and are in business. If so, It definitely won't be long before you'll be joining Frisches and KFC down the street advertising closed!
Kid-friendliness: We got a burrito and he got a burrito and two tacos and I got two tacos they were exactly is described and they're very funny they pulled over they said they bring him out but he went in and got them and we got water with the Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burrito
I had a great experience overall at this restaurant. The food is consistently good, and it's even better if you go at the right time. I have always been able to find parking when I have visited. The service was good, and I had a nice lunch meal for a very reasonable price of $1-10 per person.

The restaurant is no longer budget-friendly. The service was below average. We ordered takeout for lunch and paid between $10-20 per person. The food was rated 4 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere received a 2 out of 5.
I waited 30 minutes for my takeout order, then was scolded for requesting a refund. I strongly advise against coming here as I was told they refused to make my food because they dislike me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I recently visited the drive-thru at this restaurant at 11 pm and received excellent customer service. The burritos were the best I've had in a long time. I want to thank the staff working on this Friday evening at 11 pm!

This Taco Bell location is my personal favorite. I have never had any issues here. The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant is always clean. That's why I keep coming back!
