On the positive side, I was pleasantly surprised not to encounter the usual letdown of hearing, "We don’t serve that anymore." For the first time in a long while, my order was actually correct. This gives me hope that ordering here could improve in the future! Who knows, maybe next time I'll be asked to prepare my own meal too! However, if Taco Bell wants customers to take on more of their responsibilities, it would only be fair for them to lower their prices in line with the savings from not having to pay employees for those tasks.
I stopped by to grab food quickly and found myself facing a line of women who were openly criticizing me for wearing nails. If you can’t serve customers at a job that pays your minimum wage without resorting to disrespect, perhaps you should reconsider your position. Speaking negatively about customers in the lobby is unprofessional and makes you come across poorly. Please ensure your employees understand that if they want to gossip, they should do it on their own time, not while they’re being paid by the company.
I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell location. As a vegetarian, I ordered a black bean chalupa supreme using the veggie mode option, but they ended up serving me chicken chalupas instead. I only realized the error after taking a bite. It was very disappointing. I would advise vegetarians to avoid this branch.
Taco Bell does not open at 7am as advertised. I was there, knocked on the door, and saw an employee behind the counter washing a container. I wonder if management is aware that they’re not committed to opening on time. It’s disappointing, especially when you’re looking forward to trying their menu.

I’m a huge fan of Taco Bell! Even though I worked there in the 80s and got fired for giving a customer two sauce packets when they ordered just one Burrito Supreme, my loyalty to the brand hasn’t wavered. I'll always be a lifelong supporter!
The restaurant lacks a drive-thru, and it seems that there are homeless individuals loitering inside. Overall, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.
The manager greeted me warmly as I entered the restaurant, displaying a professional attitude. The place was also impeccably clean.
During these tough times, it's wonderful to find an affordable menu. Kudos to you, Taco Bell!
